CAIRD assists orphans and abandoned children, provides emergency relief supplies, develops long-term solutions to poverty, and communicates God’s love through humanitarian care.

 

Since 1996, CAIRD has served the needs of Romanian orphans and abandoned children. After four years of work in state-run orphanages, CAIRD embraced a vision of placing needy children in loving, dual-parent homes, known as Father’s Houses. Our goal is to see these healthy, happy children mature into Romania’s next generation of caring parents, and leaders of integrity.

 

CAIRD is responding to South Africa’s massive AIDS crisis through our unique vision for local, family-based orphan care. We recently established the first Father’s House in South Africa.
